Marketing Planning

To tailor your marketing plan to enter or to expand into Europe I will work in close cooperation with my counterpart in your organization. Marketing planning involves market development planning including market segmentation, targeting, positioning and selling strategy. A tailored marketing plan also addresses product line management, pricing strategy, technical support, training and marketing communication. I am there to help you to align your sales growth ambitions with a pragmatic set of actions required to successfully expand your business into Europe or its sub regions. Providing estimates and advice on the sources required to accomplish your marketing ambitions logically rounds up the planning process.

Sales Representation

Starting from the base you provide, I will act as your quartermaster to establish your business in Europe and take lead to conduct your sales growth. Your sales strategy addresses your choices for distribution management, how to work with national accounts or your specific way to conduct direct sales. I get involved to advise on geographic sales priority setting, product promotion mix definition, key account management and installer development as part of the sales strategy for your business in Europe. Once the sales strategy has been laid out I can directly represent your business where the nature and complexity of your products and services fit my background or head up your sales organization to manage your network of agents, distributors and national accounts.

Business Development

Business development aims at creating long term value. This long term value can be achieved for the organization either from customers or from markets and, more generally, from relationships.Once decided to go overseas, your proven value proposition in US may need to be tailored to become equally successful in Europe. Do you plan a business development project to address anticipated adaptions required to serve your potential European customer base and markets? I am there to work with you to successfully implement these assignments

Product Assembly

Volume reduction or logic planning to only ship the essential parts of your product or system as part of your business model provide a sound reason to have these products assembled locally. In many cases, as to quality assurance, local assembly poses a cost and service advantage over the import of your finished goods. Local assembly requires specific know-how and skills. I will not master your assembly process by myself personally but I will cooperate with you to plan and realize assembly wherever required by using the help of specialized partners in engineering, construction and operational start-up.
